Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations work for these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the plan selected at checkout.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

Once a payment has been processed for a renewal period, we are unable to cancel that specific charge, but your subscription will be cancelled for future payments.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for items that are not currently in stock or are made available ahead of release.

Depending on the product, payment may be taken in full, in part, or stored securely for future processing when the item becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
